As a parent that wants to attend with their child, do I need to enroll too?
We encourage parents to join and do not require you to enroll for any workshop that your child is taking. We love spectators and the parents may just learn something too!
Do I need to have 3d printing experience prior to enrolling in a workshop?
Not at all! That's why we are here. We will guide you along your journey giving tips, tricks, and the knowledge needed to be successful.
Do I need to own a 3d printer to benefit from your workshops?
Absolutely not. We have many 3d printers which we use for all of our workshops. Whether you have a 3d printer already or not, you will have a blast at TaggUp!
Do you offer private sessions?
We most definitely do. Please contact us directly at info@taggup.stem.com to discuss your needs.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require minimum 24 hour notice to be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Any cancellation within 24 hours will be handled on a case by case basis.
Do I need a computer or anything else?
Not at all, all that is needed is you and your imagination and excitement to have a great time with us and learn while doing so!
Do you host groups or birthday parties?
We would love to host your group or even a birthday party! Just contact us, and we can work together to make it happen!

Does the cost of the build your own printer workshop include a new printer?
100%. Once enrolled in our BYOP workshop, you will leave TaggUp with your very own brand new printer and a fresh 1kg roll of filament to get you started.
What sorts of things can I print during Freestyle ANY days?
That's the beauty of it! Freestyle ANY days are tailored to YOU! Do you have something that you've seen and you'd like to print? Already have a model and don't have a 3d printer? Is your 3d printer on the fritz and need to use one of ours? Anything is welcome and our team will be standing by to help!
